CASE STUDY: 1954 Old Middlefield Way, Mountain View, CA
Calvano purchased this 16,000 sq. ft Multi-Tenant Industrial property in November 1999 for $2,000,000. The plan for the property was a cosmetic rehab and 3 to 5 year hold, but as “dot-com” elevated values to irrational levels, Calvano sold the property only after 14 months of ownership for $4,250,000, prior to its fully executed rehab. |
