Born and raised in Silicon Valley, Mark Calvano started his Real Estate career at Marcus and Millichap in 1986. Since then Calvano has been involved in every facet of Commercial Real Estate, including development, sales, leasing and asset management of Industrial R & D, Retail and Office projects.

In 1991 Mr. Calvano founded Calvano Commercial, a Real Estate Investment Company, specifically targeting value-added rehabilitation and development projects primarily centered in Silicon Valley. Over the last 23 years Calvano has been involved in the sale or leasing of projects totaling over 1,800,000 square feet comprised of Office, Retail and R & D projects valued at over $300 million throughout California.

Mark Calvano graduated from S.F.S.U. 1986 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Currently, Calvano is a member of the Silicon Valley branch of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), a trade association for the real estate industry, he is also a Member of International Counsel of Shopping Centers, (ICSC) and a Licensed Broker with the California Department of Real Estate. In 1998 Calvano was promoted to Knight of Grace, in the Order of St. John.
