Current economic conditions have created incredible opportunities, which Calvano Development recognizes and intends to capitalize on.

Calvano will typically invest amounts ranging from $1 million to $50 million per project. Our capital sources include:

  • Insurance Funds
  • Individual Investors
  • Capital Market Lenders
  • Banks & Finance Companies
  • Equity Investors
  • Opportunity Funds

 

These groups allow us the ability to structure our financing in many different ways, to meet the objectives of the finance entity, which could include: Participation agreements, guaranteed preferred returns, dividend yields plus interest in the property, or straight interest in the property, payable either monthly or quarterly.

Since our experience and background is rooted in asset management and leasing, we recognized the value these two skills play and how they contribute to the ultimate success of our projects.
